On July 17, 2020, the team of Phuketify and The Guide Phuket were invited to the grand opening of Samran Restaurant, on Soi Takuapa, in Phuket Town. Most of you should be familiar where the old Suay restaurant used to be; it has now been rebranded as Samran, and focuses on casual Isaan food served with ice cold beers (or your favorite cocktail). PHUKET: A tourism press conference titled ‘Finally We Meet Again!’ was held yesterday (June 9) at the Jungceylon Shopping Mall on the first day of Phuket’s beaches re-opening, since all beaches across the island had been locked down with regards to the COVID-19 situation.
