PHIST, which stands for Phuket Hotels for Islands Sustaining Tourism, is the first of its kind, an innovative event rallying the hotel industry and its stakeholders to discuss environmental sustainability and community benefit. The event will be held on Monday, September 23, 2019 at the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa with partners and other stakeholders also organizing affiliate events and meetings in tandem. Outrigger Laguna Phuket helped students with English Day Camp

PHUKET: English Day Camp, supported by Outrigger Laguna Phuket Beach Resort, in Bang Tao, is the latest engagement in a four-year campaign in helping the local community and showing favorable outcomes. Le Méridien Phuket receives Gold Award from Travelife

Cocktail Critters is the bartender’s gift you’ve been waiting for

BANGKOK: A good friend of mine and mixologist extraordinaire, Mitchell 'Kai' Lum, with whom I had the pleasure to work a few years back on Surin Beach, is currently running its second Kickstarter campaign for his successful cocktail critters. Back in January this year, Kai created the first generation of critters, which are high-quality enamel pins that can be attached to your shirt, jacket or apron, born from what he is truly passionate about: cocktails and animals. From July 5 to 7, 2019, the Phuket Hotel Craft & Skill Expo 2019 took place at the Royal Phuket City hotel, in Phuket Town.
