On November 11, 2019, Utopia Corporation arranged the Utopia Music Festival at their condominiums in Nai Harn Beach, using a theme of superhero. The concept of ‘Dare to Dream’ showcases the outstanding and unique properties under Utopia Corporation. The music festival started with a speech from Utopia CEO Hachi Yin and Vice President Leo Li, who explained their various properties across Phuket, currently valued at almost 6 billion Baht. Their speech was followed by an exciting glow-in-the-dark light show and some awesome performances and talented DJs. On October 5, 2019, the team at Boat Lagoon organized the 2019 Oktoberfest festival, next to the white marquee. Hundreds of beer-loving fans gathered at the venue to indulge in German specialties, such as home-made pretzels, sauerkraut and delicious sausages with mustard. The entertainment was provided by a live band and DJ, while the one and only Jason Wilder made sure everyone had a lot of fun though games and competitions.
On September 13, 2019, the French Consulate, located on Bypass Road, in Phuket Town, hosted the Grand Opening of their monthly art exhibition. This month, the exhibition is titled Panya, the 2008-2018 Collection, and is the work of K. Panya Hongthong, a Graphic Design, Fashion Photographer, and Artist. The exhibition is divided into three areas, which all feature a different side from the artist; drawings, acrylic paintings and photographs. The exhibition will last until October 4, 2019.
On September 8 and 9, 2019, Jungceylon Shopping Center, in Patong, organized a two-day art exhibition, titled "Together for the Protection of Children in Travel and Tourism", to raise awareness about child protection in the travel and tourism industry. The exhibition was a collaboration between The Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism (The Code), an initiative to protect children from sexual exploitation in the industry, and the local network on Child Protection. Visitors witnessed stage performances by Thai and Burmese school students, participated in painting activities and were able to visit several booths where the Child Protection network introduced activities and games. On August 17, 2019, Limelight Avenue Phuket, a shopping center located on Dibuk Road, in Phuket Town, celebrated its fourth year of operation with a thank you party for friends, medias, and family. On July 14, 2019, Phuketify had the pleasure to celebrate French National Day at the Royal Phawadee Village, in the center of Patong. The celebration started at 6:30pm, with a refreshing Pina Colada cocktail served in a bamboo cup and with a bamboo straw, showcasing the sustainability efforts of the venue towards environment. After a speech from Mr. Claude de Crissey, French Honorary Consul in Phuket, Phuket Vice Governor and other Phuket officials, the crowd listened to both the royal Thai anthem and the French anthem.
