Toto – the missing sea-going stray dog is now in Soi Dogs’ hands and ready for adoption

PHUKET: After many a long walk on the tough surface of the roads through the heat and rain of Phuket, Toto, the dog who never gave up looking for his owner, eventually found in himself in Rawai, miles from where his journey began. Following weeks of roaming, he is now in the care of Soi Dog Foundation and ready to find a new home. Toto, a 3 year old male dog, was abandoned in November 2018 when his owner returned to France and chose to leave his loyal, loving dog behind with somebody who couldn’t take care of him properly or protect him from being abused by neighbors. Laguna Phuket selected to host inaugural Thai Fight Phuket

PHUKET: Thai Fight and the Sports Association of Phuket will jointly host an inaugural Thai Fight Phuket, a televised international sport entertainment event to showcase Muay Thai boxing and promote Phuket tourism, on Saturday, February 23, at Laguna Phuket in Cherng Talay. Thai shining star from Channel 3 visits Phuket’s Soi Dog Foundation

PHUKET: The famous actor from Channel 3, Thai-British Peter Denman, paid a visit to Soi Dog Foundation in Phuket on January 28th 2019, to get to know more about the work they do and spend some quality time with the animals. He has also been nominated to be one of Soi Dog’s Brand Ambassadors as well. During the visit, he had a tour around the sanctuary that houses more than 1,000 rescued dogs and cats. Thailand extends visa-on-arrival fee waiver until 30 April 2019

BANGKOK: The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is pleased to announce that the Royal Thai Government has approved the extension of the visa-on-arrival fee waiver for citizens of 20 countries until 30 April. The decision was announced in the Royal Thai Government Gazette on January 11th, 2019, reasoning it as a measure to stimulate and promote tourism as well as to enhance the kingdom’s attractiveness among foreign visitors during the high travel season. Thailand Tourism Awards 2019 open for submissions

BANGKOK: Submission for the 12th Thailand Tourism Awards, the country’s most prestigious awards that recognizes the Thai travel industry’s best and brightest, opens from 1 February to 30 April, 2019.
