Thai destinations, hotels and resorts’ great performance in The World’s Best Awards 2019

BANGKOK: The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is delighted to announce that in Travel + Leisure magazine’s The World’s Best Awards 2019, Thailand has performed impressively well with its destinations, hotels and resorts winning numerous spots on multiple Top 10 and Top 15 lists. Most notable was Thailand’s domination of the ‘Top 15 Southeast Asia Resort Hotels' category, with 10 places going to Thai properties. Cape Panwa Hotel Phuket Raceweek 2019 welcomes sailors from around the world

PHUKET: Over 450 sailors, families and friends from more than 20 countries are set to make Cape Panwa Hotel their home this week as they head to Phuket to take part in the Cape Panwa Hotel Phuket Raceweek 2019, 17 – 21 July. TAT target 10% growth in 2020 with quality markets and responsible tourism

BANGKOK: Gearing up to mark its 60th anniversary in 2020, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is targeting 10% growth by making travel and tourism in the kingdom’s most economically promising and environmentally sustainable in the years to come. TAT announces Phuket’s inclusion among the World’s Best Places to Visit

BANGKOK: The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is pleased to announce that Phuket has been included in the ‘World’s Best Places to Visit’ and ‘Best Places to Visit in Asia’ 2019 rankings released by U.S. News & World Report. TAT Governor K. Yuthasak Supasorn said: "Each time a Thai destination is included in a ranking of the 'world’s best' places to visit, it serves as a welcome recognition that Thailand continues to offer visitors from around the globe memorable holiday experiences." Banyan Tree Group scores three International Property Awards

PHUKET: Banyan Tree Group scooped three accolades for Banyan Tree Residences Brisbane and Laguna Village Residences at the latest industry-led International Property Awards conferred every year to celebrate the highest levels of achievement. Thailand among top countries for hospitality

BANGKOK: The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is pleased to report that Thai people are among the top nationalities that are hospitality focused, according to recent poll by Booking.com across 29 countries found . Thailand along with Indonesia, Mexico, Taiwan and India are the top five countries where locals believe hospitality to be in their DNA, according to the research that Booking.com conducted on 21,500 travelers from the 29 countries. Thailand stood out from among the 29, with Thai poll respondents confident their country had the ‘host’ factor being recorded at 85 percent. And the winner of Miss Mom Phuket 2019 is…

PHUKET: The annual beauty pageant run by Lifestyle in Thailand, Miss Mom Phuket 2019, officially celebrated its winner this year – K. Sangjan Modnok, the owner of Royal Thai Villas, who also won Miss Angel Lifestyle by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). The first runner-up title was bestowed upon K. Sakunya Suthaharuetai, and the second runner-up went to K. Arista Chakchai, the owner of Baan Ping Yang. Two other distinctions were also given that evening.
