On July 11, 2020, Utopia Corporation gathered media and real estate partners at the Utopia Nai Harn Hotel to reveal the upcoming project: Utopia Yamu, a Moroccan-inspired development located within the heart of Cape Yamu.
Utopia Corporation has been steadily developing real estate projects for investment returns through their hotel management since 2015, but saw a need in the market for affordable local housing with international standards of construction and management. Utopia Thalang was the first long-stay villa product of Utopia Corporation, and following good sales and customer recognition, continued to acquire a piece of land in the Yamu area in April of this year to develop into another long-stay villa project.
Utopia Yamu’s goal is to provide entry-level affordable villa-living in this coveted address on the island with prices starting from 3.99 million Thai Baht.
