PHUKET: On Sunday, 21st April 2019, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket treated 13 children from the SOS Children’s Village Phuket, a local orphanage, to a fun-filled Easter celebration with lots of food and exciting treats. The children started the day with face painting and bunny decorating activities organized by the resort’s Recreation Team, followed by a sumptuous Easter feast at the beachfront Café Studio, in Karon Beach. Yearly Baba wedding tradition to take place in June 2019

PHUKET: A press conference was hold today (April 19) at Blue Elephant by Phuket officials to announce the yearly colorful Baba wedding ceremony. The event gathered members of the local government and businesses which support the traditional wedding, together with many local families, all dressed up in Peranakan style. There was a demonstration of ‘Pang Tae’, which is the ceremony when the bride and groom serve tea to the parents and get blessed. Road and Marine Safety Center kicks off

PHUKET: The Road and Marine Safety Center for Songkran Festival has kicked off on April 10 at the Provincial Hall in Phuket Town, chaired by Phuket Vice Governors, K. Prakob Wongmaneerung, K. TAT continues “Thailand Travel Shield” insurance project

BANGKOK: The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) recently announced the continuation of the Thailand Travel Shield insurance project to provide online travel insurance for foreign tourists. K.
