The menu comprises sea specialties such as Nai Yang squids, rock lobsters and whole Andaman sea bass and fantastic grilled proteins such as Kurobuta pork chop, Australian lamb cutlet and perfectly juicy rib eye. A special mention for their Australian grain-fed Tomahawk beef steak; a 850g. of decadence, served with its share of homemade sauces and side dishes. Do not miss out on the succulent desserts, too! We recommend the strawberry and rhubarb crumble with vanilla sauce or their unique version of a dark chocolate crème brûlée.
Big Fish Restaurant & Bar also offers regular themed buffets, plus the option of private candlelit dinners, to ensure the most romantic setting for your special occasion. And groups can be catered for with a series of flexible seating set-ups.
The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 noon until 11:00 pm, and plenty of parking space can be found at the entrance of the Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa Nai Yang Beach.
